GENERAL SESSION MINUTES

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.

General Minutes Approval: The Board reviewed and unanimously approved the General session

minutes from the July 25, 2016 meeting, as presented.

Homeowner Forum/Correspondence: Three Owners spoke regarding landscape, committee

suggestions, monthly statements and trees. The Board reviewed email correspondence which

touched on community security concerns and communication to non-resident Owners.

Landscape: The Board reviewed the monthly landscape and committee log and notes. After

review the Board unanimously approved the removal of a large tree stump for the cost of

$260.00 and elected to table item 7806 and 7807 on the report.

Security: The Board reviewed a proposal for full service security at the community. After

review the Board determined that they would like to invite the vendor to the next

Board meeting for further discussion.

Rules & Regulations: The Board further discussed revising the current rules. Management

informed the Board of the process for doing so. Action items: All members to review and

redline current draft then present and discuss at the next Board meeting.

Playground: The Board reviewed a proposal to repair and/or replace the playground. The Board

elected to table the matter at this time due to budget restrictions.

Entryway chain and post fence: The Board reviewed a proposal to repair and/or replace the

entry chain and post fence. The Board elected to table the matter at this time due to

budget restrictions.

Financial Review: The Board reviewed and tabled the approval of the August financials until

revisions are made. Board to review and approve financials at the next Board meeting.

Adjournment: There being no further business the Executive Session was closed at 7:05 pm.
